Dura-seal Cooling System Crack Sealer:
1. Specification
1) Volume: 500ml/bottle.
2) Appearance: alkaline liquid.
3) Ingredients: silica, ethylene glycol, nano-particle copper powder, etc.
4) Shelf-life: Dura-Seal is fairly stable for several years under proper storage
2. Target application
1) Cracks and leakages on the cylinder block, cylinder head, and cylinder head gasket along the coolant path.
2) Leakages on the radiator and heater-core.
3. Characteristics
1) Seal up and repair cracked metal surfaces of the engine cooling system without disassembling the engine and replacing damaged parts.
2) Semi-permanent sealing effect covering the entire engine life span.
3) Safe as to radiator and heater-core clogging problems due to non-particle forming, fluidic nature of the product that excels the metal corrosion test standard (KSM2142 of Korean Standard Specification).
4) Used with water or silicate-free antifreeze soultion
5) Tested by ASTM D-3147 Stop Leak Specification, can plug 0.015" hole with 10 to 20 fold dilution.
